With over 28 years of leadership in the telecom and power sectors, he is a seasoned visionary. A Civil Engineering graduate from Nagarjuna University, he was conferred with a Doctorate in Business Administration by California Public University (CPU). His strategic foresight and dedication have been instrumental in driving large-scale infrastructure advancements across Bharat.

CA Baratam Satyanarayana

Director & Chief Financial Officer

A renowned Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he has been associated with Bondada Group since November 15, 2012. With over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, taxation, and strategic financial management, he has played a key role in strengthening the Group’s financial framework. As a Board member, he ensures transparency, accountability, and sustainable value creation for stakeholders.

With over 14 years of leadership experience, he serves as Business Unit Head at Bondada EcoBuild Pvt Ltd. An Ex-Indian Navy officer and Engineering graduate from NIT Nagpur, he brings expertise in strategic operations, procurement, manufacturing, infrastructure, supply chain management, and business transformation. He drives sustainable growth, operational excellence, innovation, market expansion, and value creation across the business.

At the helm of Bondada Ecobuild is Pramod, a highly skilled civil engineer with over 12 years of experience in construction, building materials, and real estate. His expertise spans managing end-to-end business operations, overseeing complex Operations and Maintenance, and driving operational excellence within the company.
